Windsor's 'Let's Roll!' Sushi Class Promises Skills and Social Fun on May 5

A hands-on sushi-making class is coming to Windsor next month. 'Let’s Roll!' will take place on Tuesday, May 5, from 6 to 8 p.m. at The Bottled Olive. The event invites locals to learn a new skill while enjoying a social evening out. The class is open to beginners and food enthusiasts alike. For £65 per person, attendees will discover how to season sushi rice, handle nori sheets, and roll both raw and cooked fillings. The session focuses on key techniques, including ingredient balance, presentation, and clean rolling.

Participants will work in pairs to create different sushi styles. After preparing their dishes, they’ll share a meal together, tasting what they’ve made. Organisers describe the event as a relaxed way to meet others in the Northern Colorado community. Spaces are limited, and past classes have filled up fast. Anyone interested must book in advance to secure their spot.

The two-hour workshop combines learning with a shared dining experience. Attendees will leave with new skills and the sushi they’ve prepared. Registration is now open for the May 5 session at The Bottled Olive.
