Reedley's Taste of the Town returns with bold flavors and community spirit

Reedley’s annual Taste of the Town event is set to feature dishes from local eateries. The event brings together restaurants and cafes to showcase their specialities. Several well-known names in the community will participate this year. Michelle Jackson from Schoolhouse Restaurant and Tavern will serve Chilled Yukon Potato Soup. Jessica McCahill, representing Reedley Sandwich Shop, will offer Cheeseburger Soup. She has praised the Reedley Downtown Association for their organisation of the event.

Jon Koobation of Jon’s Bear Club will prepare Arabian-themed dishes. He supports the community event and enjoys engaging with customers in person. Jennifer Deibert from MCC Cafe will contribute pastries and beverages.

Carrie Gutierrez from Main Street Cafe has a long history with the event, having participated for 16 years. She will serve the cafe’s famous Mainstreet Club Sandwiches. MCC Cafe, located in downtown Reedley, also takes part in other community activities to connect with locals. The event highlights the diversity of Reedley’s food scene. Local businesses will have the chance to meet residents and share their culinary creations. Participation from long-standing and new vendors ensures a varied and exciting lineup.
