Strawberry Festival Unites Chefs and Farmers in Primorsky Krai's Culinary Showcase

The Strawberry Festival will bring together top chefs and local producers in Primorsky Krai. The event aims to celebrate regional products and inspire culinary creativity. It is organised by local authorities, with PrimaMedia News Agency as the media partner. Renowned chefs from the region will lead open master classes during the festival. Roman Kotovsky, executive chef at ZUMA restaurant, will host two exclusive workshops and help prepare 100 litres of strawberry jam. He will also demonstrate dishes like a strawberry and tomato salad, and a ‘Three Milks’ dessert with strawberries, caramel, and whipped cream.

Maxim Mozharovsky, executive chef at AkvariYa restaurant, will design a programme combining classic and modern recipes using local ingredients. His session will cover selecting, preserving, storing, and freezing strawberries.

A local producers’ fair will run alongside the culinary show. Farmers, entrepreneurs, and shoppers will gather to exchange ideas and showcase products. The festival seeks to support local agriculture and boost gastronomic tourism. The event will feature hands-on workshops, large-scale jam production, and expert-led cooking demonstrations. Visitors will learn new techniques and taste dishes made with fresh, regional strawberries. The festival is set to strengthen ties between chefs, farmers, and the community.
