He will also demonstrate dishes like a strawberry and tomato salad, and a ‘Three Milks’ dessert with strawberries, caramel, and whipped cream.
Maxim Mozharovsky, executive chef at AkvariYa restaurant, will design a programme combining classic and modern recipes using local ingredients. His session will cover selecting, preserving, storing, and freezing strawberries.
