Taiga Group Launches Pulse of Taiga to Strengthen Employee Engagement

Taiga Group has launched a new corporate newspaper for its employees. The publication, named Pulse of Taiga, aims to keep staff updated on company-wide developments and strategic goals. Its first print edition appeared on June 15. The newspaper will be released every two weeks, with a circulation of 7,000 copies. It will cover occupational safety, health, training, and professional growth in regular sections. Interviews with executives, project updates, and features on innovations and product developments will also be included.

Pulse of Taiga is printed on newsprint supplied by Kondopoga Pulp and Paper Mill and Syktyvkar Pulp Mill. Yelena Berezina, Marketing Director of Taiga Group LLC, described the publication as a way to unite all employees. She stated it would live up to its name by being vibrant and dynamic.

Taiga Group operates across multiple regions, including Moscow, the Republic of Komi, Karelia, and the Leningrad, Tula, and Yaroslavl regions. The company employs around 10,000 people in total. The newspaper will provide a consistent flow of information to staff across all locations. Employees will receive updates on company progress and operational changes through each biweekly issue. The initiative strengthens internal communication within the organisation.
