Seraphim's Gift Contest 2026 Seeks Spiritual and Moral Storytelling
The Reverend Seraphim of Sarov Charitable Foundation has announced a new creative contest for 2026. Called Seraphim’s Gift, it invites authors aged 16 and older to submit works that uphold traditional spiritual and moral values. The initiative forms part of a broader humanitarian programme in the Nizhny Novgorod region. The contest aims to support the growth of the Arzamas–Diveyevo–Sarov pilgrimage and tourism cluster. Participants can enter in four categories: Unity and Memory, Family Hearth, Word of Faith, and Russian Shield. Each category includes three age groups for fair competition.
Submissions are accepted in a wide range of formats. These include prose, poetry, journalism, TV and radio reporting, photo essays, video blogs, and social media publications. Applicants must send their work through the official website, konkursy.seraphim.rf, under the Seraphim’s Gift section.
The deadline for entries is October 1, 2026. Full contest rules and requirements are available on the project page for those interested in taking part. Seraphim’s Gift offers a platform for creative expression while promoting cultural and spiritual heritage. The contest will conclude with submissions reviewed by the foundation. Winners will be selected based on the contest’s published criteria.
