Vladivostok's strawberry season peaks with fresh local berries at bargain prices

Vladivostok markets are now full of fresh strawberries from local growers. The berries come from Primorsky Krai, including Chernigovka, Spassky District, Spassk, and Arsenyev. The peak of the season arrives in late June, bringing a wide variety of choices for shoppers. Strawberries from different parts of the region are widely available. At Balyaev Market, small strawberries cost 500 rubles per kilogram, while large ones go for 700 rubles. Schoolnaya Market offers an even broader range, with prices from 400 to 750 rubles per kilogram.

Other locations also provide competitive deals. In a parking lot near Stadion tram stop, strawberries sell for as little as 450 rubles per kilogram. Lugovoy Market sets its average price between 500 and 600 rubles, with some vendors running special promotions. Spassk strawberries at the same market are priced at 500 rubles for small and 600 rubles for large.
