Carnival Cruise Line unveils bold new dining and drink upgrades for 2027
Carnival Cruise Line has announced a major update to its dining and beverage offerings. The new programme, called The Next Course, will bring fresh choices to guests across multiple ships. The Main Dining Room will expand its selection with new dishes for breakfast, brunch, and dinner. Chef’s Table is also getting a full refresh, featuring regionally inspired multi-course meals. Four new specialty restaurants will join the fleet: Emeril’s Coastal Seafood, Uku Lei Lei, Fetaccine, and Le Bistro Musicale.
BlueIguana Cantina will introduce rotating daily specials. Lido Marketplace is adding a family menu with kid-friendly options that change each day. Bagels @ Sea will serve freshly baked bagels across all vessels.
Three new bars are coming to Carnival Festivale: The Spark, Mix, and Festival Grounds Coffee & Bar. Guests will also find mobile coffee ordering, Express Dining, and new fast-casual pop-ups. These changes will first appear on Carnival Festivale in 2027 and Carnival Tropicale in 2028. The Next Course aims to enhance the dining experience with more variety and convenience. The updates will roll out fleet-wide over the next few years. Passengers can expect new flavours, faster service, and additional choices at every meal.
