Nuremberg's Beloved Organic Ice Cream Shop Opens First Fürth Location

A popular Nuremberg ice cream shop has expanded to Fürth. Die kleine Eismanufaktur, known for its organic and Fairtrade ingredients, opened its first branch in the city this month. The new parlor sits at the corner of Friedrichstraße and Alexanderstraße, offering both indoor and outdoor seating. Founded in Nuremberg in 2015, the business specialises in handmade ice cream with a focus on sustainability. Flavours rotate regularly, featuring classics alongside vegan alternatives. All ingredients meet organic and Fairtrade standards, with organic milk supplied by Kleinlein Farm in Oberasbach and hazelnuts from Franken Genuss in Cadolzburg.

The shop also prioritises eco-friendly packaging. Customers can enjoy their ice cream in compostable cups and spoons or opt for reusable glass jars. Beyond the parlor, the company provides catering for events of all sizes. Owner Joséé, of Franco-Canadian background, brings a blend of international and local influences to the menu. The Fürth location marks the brand’s first expansion beyond its original Nuremberg base.

The new branch strengthens Die kleine Eismanufaktur’s presence in the region. With its sustainable practices and diverse flavours, the shop aims to attract both regular customers and event organisers. The Fürth location is now open daily at its central address.
