Cut & Cork Opens in Wiesbaden with Premium Steaks and Wine
A new fine-dining restaurant, Cut & Cork, has opened at Taunusstraße 49 in Wiesbaden. Owner David Mörstedt aims to serve high-quality steaks and an extensive wine selection in a relaxed atmosphere. The restaurant occupies the former Schwarzbach gourmet establishment. It features a terrace that can seat up to 24 guests. Mörstedt, who moved to Wiesbaden last year, was attracted to the city’s charm and has lived in the Rhine-Main region for 12 years, having co-founded several Frankfurt eateries before this venture.
Cut & Cork offers a menu with Argentine rump steak, German filet, and premium cuts from Japan and Australia. A rotating fish special and a vegetarian option are also available. The wine list includes 150 selections, with 20 offered by the glass, and is refreshed every one to two months.
The restaurant will celebrate its launch with a special opening event on June 19, featuring free menu sampling. Operating hours are Tuesday to Wednesday from 6 PM to 11 PM, Thursday to Friday from 5 PM to 11 PM, and Saturday from 12 PM to 2:30 PM and 6 PM to 11:30 PM. Cut & Cork brings fine dining to Wiesbaden with a focus on premium meats and wines. The venue combines a refined menu with a welcoming environment. The opening event on June 19 will introduce guests to its offerings.
