Michelin Guide Germany 2026 Honors Two Local Culinary Gems

The Michelin Guide Germany 2026 has recognised two notable restaurants in the region. Keidenzeller Hof in Langenzenn-Keidenzell received a star, while Kupferpfanne in Fürth earned a listing. Both establishments highlight the diversity of local dining.

The Keidenzeller Hof, run by Martin and Vera Grimmer, now holds a Michelin star. Located at Fürther Straße 11, it offers modern, creative cuisine with a seasonal menu. Vera Grimmer also oversees service and provides expert wine and non-alcoholic beverage pairings. The restaurant combines stylish ambiance with refined dining and includes a rustic barn for celebrations.

The Kupferpfanne, at Königstraße 85 in Fürth, is listed in the guide but does not currently have a star. Known for classic cuisine, it serves traditional dishes with seasonal and international-Mediterranean influences. The restaurant remains a staple of the local dining scene and offers a reasonably priced lunch menu, available on select evenings by reservation.

This year’s Michelin Guide Germany features 339 starred restaurants nationwide. Among them are 12 with three stars, 48 with two stars, and 279 with one star. The Keidenzeller Hof now stands among the country’s Michelin-starred restaurants. The Kupferpfanne maintains its reputation as a reliable choice for traditional dining. Both continue to contribute to the region’s culinary landscape.
