Schweina's Fun Morning for Kids Blends Games, Pizza, and Storytelling

The Evangelical Church of Schweina is hosting a Children’s Fun Morning on June 13, 2023. The event will run from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. in the rectory garden at Pfarrgasse, 36448 Schweina. It promises games, creativity, and socialising for young attendees. Bettina Schirmer, Birgit Nürnberger, and Evelyn Klein have organised the morning. Children will take part in agility and speed games in the garden. They will also make their own pizzas and enjoy fresh fruit juices or mocktails.

Bettina Schirmer will share a new story about Jimmy, the Rhön sheep. She will use handmade characters to bring the tale to life. The story explores themes of exclusion, courage, and standing up for others.

If the weather turns bad, the activities will move to the community hall next to the garden. The church regularly hosts a children’s morning on the second Saturday of each month. The event offers a mix of fun, food, and storytelling for children. It will take place in the rectory garden unless rain forces a shift indoors. The organisers aim to create an engaging and memorable experience for all attendees.
