Ursa's Bubble Team ice cream pops bring cosmic fun to summer treats

Ursa Ice Cream Factory has launched a fresh line of children’s ice cream pops just in time for summer. Called Bubble Team, the collection offers bold flavours and a playful cosmic theme. Director Tatiana Samoilenko introduced the treats at a tasting event for friends and partners ahead of the season. The Bubble Team series includes two standout flavours. One is a purple grape ice cream pop packed with colourful rice crisps. The other, Bubble Gum, features bright blue ice cream with chewy marmalade cubes. The blue hue comes from spirulina, a nutrient-rich algae recognised by the World Health Organization as a ‘superfood’.

The tasting also showcased a classic Prague-style ice cream in a freshly baked waffle cup. Ursa bakes its own cups daily to keep them crisp. Guests sampled the dessert drizzled with natural chocolate sauce.

Attendees, including both children and adults, praised the new flavours. The event highlighted Ursa’s ongoing Galaktika Vkusov (Galaxy of Flavours) line, which continues to attract dessert enthusiasts with its creative combinations. The Bubble Team line is now available for the summer season. Its mix of unexpected tastes and vibrant designs aims to appeal to younger ice cream fans. The factory’s focus on fresh ingredients and fun themes remains central to its latest offerings.
