This 15-Minute Sausage Pasta Is Winning Over Busy Families
A quick and hearty pasta dish has become a hit with families looking for simple, tasty meals. Created by Oksana Chalenko, the chef behind the Kukhnya Naiznanku (Inside-Out Kitchen) channel, this 15-minute recipe combines sausages with a rich tomato-onion sauce. Both children and adults enjoy its bold flavours and easy preparation.
The dish starts with clarified butter melted in a pan. Once hot, tomato paste and dried onion flakes are stirred in, followed by sliced sausages. These are sautéed until they develop a light golden-brown colour.
Next, water is poured in to cover the sausages, and the mixture is brought to a boil. Salt is added, along with the pasta, which cooks until tender and nearly all the liquid is absorbed. The remaining broth, now thickened with the butter and tomato paste, clings perfectly to each strand of pasta.
The recipe requires just a few basic ingredients: 350g of pasta, 300g of sausages, 1 tablespoon of clarified butter, 1 teaspoon each of dried onion flakes and tomato paste, plus water and salt to taste. No extra steps or complicated techniques are needed.
This one-pan meal delivers a satisfying combination of smoky sausages and a tangy tomato sauce. The dish takes only 15 minutes from start to finish, making it a practical choice for busy households. Its simplicity and rich flavour have made it a go-to recipe for many.
