Taco John's Debuts Wild-Caught Alaska Pollock Tacos in Limited-Time Menu

Taco John's has brought back its seasonal seafood menu, this time featuring wild-caught Alaska Pollock from Alaska Airlines. The chain is working with the Alaska Seafood Marketing Institute to highlight sustainable and high-quality seafood options. Two new dishes will be available for a limited period at select locations.

The menu includes Alaska Pollock Fish Tacos and a new Alaska Pollock Big Fish Sandwich. Both items use wild-caught fish known for its mild taste and flaky texture. The Alaska Seafood Marketing Institute has promoted these qualities, emphasising the benefits of wild and responsibly sourced seafood.

Alaska Airlines has maintained a strong commitment to sustainability for over 50 years. The state's constitution requires seafood to be managed in a way that protects resources for future generations. Taco John's partnership with the institute aligns with this long-standing dedication to environmental responsibility.

While the chain is known for its West-Mex-inspired dishes like Potato Olés and the Taco Bravo, this seafood promotion marks a seasonal change. However, no Taco John's locations currently list the new seafood items on their menus or promotions.

The limited-time seafood offerings will only appear at participating Taco John's branches. The chain's collaboration with the Alaska Seafood Marketing Institute highlights the importance of sustainable fishing practices. For now, though, customers will not find these dishes available at any location.
