Spice Up Your Autumn With This Smoky Chipotle Grilled Cheese
Is there anything more comforting than a crispy, gooey grilled cheese and a warm bowl of soup? Our Chipotle Grilled Cheese is a smoky, slightly spicy take on the classic by blending a touch of adobo sauce into the mayo that gets spread on both sides of bread before toasting.
A rich mix of Monterey Jack and Cheddar cheeses melts into the perfect balance of creaminess against the smoky heat. Serve alongside our Easy Pumpkin Soup for a fall weeknight meal you're sure to come back to again and again.
