Pleasanton's Hidden Bakery Offers Fresh Sourdough and Artisan Coffee
A hidden gem has opened in Pleasanton’s Atrium building, offering fresh pastries, sourdough bread, and specialty coffee. The Stroll Cafe & Bakery sits inside the 5776 office complex, tucked away from the street. Its quiet location and cosy seating make it a perfect spot for work or casual meetings. The cafe operates from 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., Monday to Friday, but currently stays closed on weekends. Owners plan to extend hours soon, including weekend openings, to attract more visitors.
On the menu, customers will find almond croissants, Swedish cream buns, and matcha white chocolate cookies. Savoury options include ham and gruyere sandwiches, all made with fresh-baked sourdough. For drinks, espresso-based specialties like the Dubai chocolate latte stand out. The iced version costs around $6.50, with most items priced between $3 and $16. The almond and chocolate croissants come highly recommended. Behind the counter, the team roasts coffee beans and bakes bread daily on-site. Seating spreads across the cafe and the atrium, providing plenty of space for guests to relax or work.
The Stroll Cafe & Bakery offers a quiet escape with handcrafted food and drinks. Its central location in the Atrium building makes it convenient for office workers and visitors. With plans to expand hours, the cafe aims to welcome even more customers in the coming months.
