Pavyllon London revives its Counter Culture Dinner with French-Filipino fusion

Pavyllon London is bringing back its popular Counter Culture Dinner series on May 28, 2023. This time, the event will showcase a unique six-course menu blending French and Filipino flavours. Tickets are available now, priced at £95 per person. The evening will feature a collaboration between Pavyllon’s Executive Chef Benjamin Ferra Y Castell and Florence Mae Maglanoc of Donia. Together, they have crafted a menu that highlights Filipino specialities, including scallop kinilaw and crispy pork belly lechon. Some dishes also draw on Chef Benjamin’s earlier work with renowned chef Yannick Alléno.

Guests can choose between seating at Pavyllon’s signature counter or in the main dining room. Both chefs will be present throughout the night to meet diners and discuss their creations. Reservations open at 6pm via OpenTable, with the welcome drink—a glass of Champagne Duval-Leroy—included in the price. The dinner promises an evening of bold flavours and culinary craftsmanship. Each course reflects the chefs’ shared passion for blending tradition with innovation.

The Counter Culture Dinner offers a chance to experience a fusion of French technique and Filipino cuisine. Priced at £95 per person, the event includes a six-course meal and a Champagne welcome. Reservations are now open for the May 28 event.
