Naya's New Chef's Creations Menu Simplifies Bold Lebanese Flavors
Naya, a fast-growing Lebanese restaurant chain, has rolled out a new menu featuring Chef’s Creations. The selection includes three curated bowls and a roll, designed to help customers explore bold flavours with ease. With 44 locations now open and expansion beyond New York City, the brand aims to make its dishes more approachable for first-time diners.
The Chef’s Creations menu introduces four new items, each combining familiar and new ingredients. The Classic Chicken Bowl includes chicken shawarma, vermicelli rice, lettuce, pickled cucumbers, tomato, toom, and lemon tahini. For beef lovers, the Classic Braised Beef Bowl layers braised beef shawarma with rice, pickled turnips, cabbage slaw, sumac onions, hummus, and tahini.
The Falafel and Tahini Roll offers six pieces of the updated falafel, now made with green bell pepper and parsley for a lighter, herbier taste. It comes with hummus, cabbage slaw, pickled turnips, tomatoes, cucumbers, and a double serving of lemon tahini. A new Greek Salad also joins the menu, using existing kitchen ingredients in a fresh, simplified format. Khalfani Coicou, Senior Culinary Development Manager, developed the Chef’s Creations to simplify ordering. The dishes guide customers toward well-balanced combinations while keeping prices between $10.59 for the falafel roll and $14.24 for the beef bowl.
The expanded menu reflects Naya’s growth, now with 44 locations and plans to move beyond its New York City roots. By offering pre-selected bowls and rolls, the chain hopes to attract more diners to Lebanese cuisine. The new items are available now at all branches.
