The MICHELIN Guide will host its 2023 culinary awards in Hà Nội on June 4. This year’s event marks the fourth edition in Việt Nam and coincides with the 100th anniversary of the MICHELIN Star. Chefs, restaurateurs, and industry leaders from across the region will gather to celebrate the latest selections in the guide. The ceremony will unveil the newest restaurant picks for the MICHELIN Guide in Hà Nội, HCM City, and Đà Nẵng. All chosen establishments undergo rigorous assessment by anonymous inspectors, judged on five universal criteria. Following the official announcement, a cocktail reception will take place, attended by top chefs, including three-Michelin-star chef Stefan Stiller and two-Michelin-star chef Garima Arora.

The event will be live-streamed on the MICHELIN Guide’s YouTube channel. Since its launch in 1926, the guide has recognised culinary excellence worldwide. This year’s edition in Việt Nam continues that tradition, bringing together media, partners, and food industry professionals.
