Introducing Latine: French-Latin Mayfair Restaurant Launching in June

Latine Brings French-Latin Fusion to Mayfair's Dining Scene This June

A bold new dining concept is coming to Mayfair this June. Latine will open its doors in Lancashire Court, offering a mix of French technique and Latin American flavours. The restaurant spans multiple floors, each with its own distinct atmosphere and experience. The ground floor will house The Restaurant alongside a dedicated Crudo Bar. Outside, guests can enjoy a champagne terrace. Seafood takes centre stage here, with ceviches, tiraditos and tartares leading the menu.

On the first floor, *La Candela* promises a lively restaurant and lounge setting. The second floor features *El Cielo*, a private dining room for more intimate gatherings. As night falls, the lower ground floor transforms into *LACAV*, a space for cocktails and live music. Executive Chef Francisco Lafee has crafted a menu that merges French precision with vibrant Latin American ingredients. Standout dishes include steak tartare with truffle mayonnaise and wild seabass served with beurre blanc and ají amarillo. The restaurant will serve lunch and dinner every day, with extended hours on Fridays and Saturdays to accommodate late-night visitors.

Latine’s arrival in Mayfair introduces a fresh dining experience across four distinct spaces. The menu’s blend of French and Latin American influences, paired with a lively atmosphere, aims to attract both casual diners and those seeking a refined night out. Reservations will open ahead of its June launch.
