La Stazione Brings Authentic Abruzzo Flavors to Memmingen's Train Station

A new Italian restaurant, La Stazione, has opened its doors opposite Memmingen train station. The 48-year-old owner, Manolo Postuma, brings experience from his native Abruzzo, where he previously ran similar eateries. Before launching La Stazione, Postuma worked in the kitchen of Palazzo, a local pizzeria. His earlier ventures in Abruzzo also carried names linked to the word Stazione— a theme now reflected in his latest project. The restaurant's location, directly across from the train station, inspired the choice of name. In Abruzzo, Postuma operated multiple dining spots with comparable branding. However, La Stazione marks his first establishment in Memmingen. The move combines his culinary background with a nod to his past experiences. The restaurant's opening adds a new dining option near Memmingen's transport hub. Postuma's history of running similarly named venues in Italy suggests a consistent approach to his business. Guests can now visit La Stazione for Italian dishes just steps from the station.
