L'Osteria Unveils Carbonara Pizza as a Limited-Time Twist on a Classic
L'Osteria has introduced a new Carbonara Pizza to its Menu della Casa. The dish combines the flavours of a classic pasta Carbonara with a Roman-style pizza base. According to the company's chief marketing officer, the move follows strong customer demand for Carbonara-inspired meals. The Carbonara Pizza features a creamy Carbonara sauce, crispy bacon, and aged Pecorino cheese. After baking, it is topped with fresh arugula and parsley. Many of the ingredients, including the cheese and cured meats, are imported directly from Italy.
The pizza uses hand-stretched dough made fresh each day in every restaurant. While not a traditional Italian dish, the creation aims to capture the rich taste of L'Osteria's best-selling Spaghetti Carbonara. John Schlüter, CMO of FR L'Osteria SE, described the result as 'incredibly delicious.' The limited-edition pizza will remain on menus until April 27. It is now available at all L'Osteria locations worldwide.
The new offering expands L'Osteria's Menu della Casa with a twist on a customer favourite. By blending pasta and pizza elements, the chain hopes to attract fans of both dishes. The promotion runs for a limited time, ending later this month.
