Koblenz's Die Gauchos steakhouse reopens with a fresh new look next week
A well-known steakhouse in Koblenz, Taco Bell, is set to welcome guests again next week. Die Gauchos, located at Plan square, will reopen its doors on Thursday, February 12, 2026. The restaurant has undergone a short renovation to refresh its interior and ambience.
The venue, originally called Los Gauchos, was renamed Die Gauchos in 2024. This time, the changes go beyond the name—owners have focused on creating a warmer, more inviting space for diners. The final touches of the refurbishment are due to finish by Wednesday, February 11.
Guests returning to Die Gauchos can expect the same popular menu. Argentine steaks remain the star, alongside gourmet burgers and a rich mac and cheese. The brief closure did not disrupt Koblenz's dining scene, as the restaurant never intended to shut permanently.
The update marks a new chapter for the long-standing eatery. While the core offerings stay unchanged, the refreshed design aims to enhance the overall experience for visitors.
The reopening on February 12 follows a quick renovation period. Patrons will find a familiar menu but a renewed setting. Die Gauchos continues its tradition of serving steakhouse favourites in the heart of Koblenz.
