IntegriCulture Turns a Profit, Pioneering the Future of Cellular Agriculture

IntegriCulture has reached a major milestone by turning a profit in the 2025 financial year. The company is now among the first in the world to achieve profitability in cellular agriculture. Its work spans infrastructure, food products, and partnerships with traditional industries.

The firm's revenue comes equally from two areas: cellular agriculture infrastructure and product sales. Its infrastructure division has brought several innovations to market, including cell-cultured serum generator units and oxygen-permeable bioreactors. A key development was the commissioning of an Advanced C-CulNet system, designed for large-scale production of animal-free serum. Alongside this, the company co-launched a production-scale bioreactor to support commercial output.

IntegriCulture also expanded its product line with cultivated duck dishes and began shipping its Cell-Cultured Meat Starter Kit to universities globally. The launch of Cellag, an open brand, further strengthened its product business, particularly in cosmetics ingredients. Meanwhile, the company held its first user meeting for Ocatté Base, a marketplace supplying food-grade materials for cellular agriculture.

Collaborations have played a crucial role in its growth. The firm partnered with sake breweries to merge traditional fermentation techniques with cellular agriculture. Research and development efforts also progressed with Ichimasa Kamaboko and Maruha Nichiro to create a cultivated fish paste.

With profitability achieved, IntegriCulture now focuses on scaling its technologies and products. The company's dual revenue streams and partnerships position it as a leader in the field. Further commercialisation of its cellular agriculture solutions remains a top priority.
