Exclusive Pop-Up Dining by Harry Guy Comes to Chester Racecourse
Award-winning chef Harry Guy will host a series of exclusive pop-up dining events at PARADE, Chester Racecourse. The evenings will feature a six-course tasting menu, with dishes such as brown butter poached halibut and buttermilk, raspberry, beetroot and rose. Tickets go on sale for £195 per person, including champagne on arrival. The first event takes place on Friday 5 August, with two further dates planned for October and December. Each evening will showcase Guy’s new menu ahead of his permanent restaurant, X by Harry Guy, opening in 2023. The Roux scholarship winner has designed a menu that highlights seasonal ingredients and refined techniques.
