Celebrity Cruises has raised the bar for dining at sea with its latest ship, Celebrity Xcel. Among its standout features is Le Voyage by Daniel Boulud, the first cruise ship restaurant to earn a Forbes Travel Guide Five-Star award. The vessel also offers a range of innovative dining experiences, from a three-storey venue that adapts daily to a chef's table with exclusive perks.

Le Voyage by Daniel Boulud welcomes just 50 guests each day in an intimate setting. Soft lighting, plush banquettes, and a double entryway ensure privacy for diners. The restaurant's five-course tasting menu includes signature dishes like steak au poivre and cabillaud Basquaise, with a plant-based alternative also on offer.

Every ingredient is sourced fresh at each port, and all dishes are prepared from scratch on board. Boulud drew inspiration from the ship's global itineraries to craft an à la carte menu featuring dishes such as duck pithivier and Moroccan lamb shank. For a more exclusive experience, the chef's table includes a champagne reception, a behind-the-scenes galley tour, and a communal five-course meal.

Beyond Le Voyage, Celebrity Xcel boasts four main dining rooms and specialty venues like Eden and Dinner on The Edge. The Bazaar, a three-storey space, transforms its music, food, and ambiance daily to reflect the ship's current location. The cruise line's reputation for fine dining is further backed by its award-winning wine programme, offering over 500 bottles.
