Artemis Resources Uncovers High-Grade Gold at Titan East in Pilbara
Artemis Resources has discovered a high-grade gold zone at Titan East in Western Australia's North Pilbara region. The first drill hole returned impressive results, including a 5-metre section grading 13.1 grams per tonne of gold. This discovery sits just 1.5 kilometres from the company's existing Carlow gold-copper deposit.
The new find lies within a northeast-trending shear zone, reinforcing Artemis's focus on structural geology in the area. A second hole, drilled 50 metres east, also intersected multiple quartz veins, though assay results are still pending. These early discoveries align with the company's methodical exploration strategy.
Artemis plans to begin diamond drilling in late November. The programme will assess the true width and orientation of the mineralised veins. By the first quarter of 2025, the company aims to define resource parameters and complete metallurgical testing.
The mineralisation occurs within a broader 20-metre zone, with additional gold values ranging from 0.1g/t to 0.78g/t. This discovery could significantly expand Artemis's resource base in the North Pilbara, a region known for its emerging gold potential. The timing is also advantageous, as institutional investors continue to show strong interest in high-grade finds within established mining districts.
The Titan East discovery strengthens Artemis's position in the North Pilbara Gold Province. With existing infrastructure and a seasoned management team, the company is well placed to advance its exploration plans. Further drilling and testing will determine the full extent of the mineralised system in the coming months.
