American Airlines Rolling Out New Food and Beverage Options in Lounges and Onboard

American Airlines Upgrades Admirals Club Menus with Local Flavors and Premium Spirits

American Airlines has rolled out new food and drink menus in its Admirals Club lounges. The updated options launched on March 17, 2025, across locations in the U.S. and Canada. Travellers can now enjoy a wider selection of meals and premium spirits before their flights. The lounges now feature regionally inspired dishes tailored to each airport. In Boston, passengers can try banana caramel bread pudding alongside honey miso shrimp with vegetable yakisoba. Austin’s menu includes maple strawberry chia overnight oats and roasted jalapeño hummus.

Chicago-O’Hare serves a Mediterranean breakfast egg scramble and a green goddess cabbage feta salad. Dallas Fort Worth offers a cheddar omelet with chipotle chimichurri and Argentine beef empanadas. Denver’s selection mirrors Austin’s overnight oats but adds honey mustard pork loin with spring onion and sage. Los Angeles provides a roasted tomato feta breakfast wrap and orange peel tempura chicken. Miami’s menu features scrambled eggs with parmesan and tomato, plus build-your-own tacos with spicy chicken. Charlotte’s options include mixed berry French toast and sweet-and-sour pork with pineapple and brown rice. Alongside the food, three new premium spirits have been introduced: Still Gin, Casamigos Añejo Tequila, and Horse Soldier Bourbon.

The expanded menus aim to give passengers more variety during their lounge visits. The dishes reflect local flavours while maintaining a consistent standard across all locations. The new spirits complement the refreshed food offerings for a complete pre-flight experience.
