AGGUA Sauna Launches Ice Age Detox Programme for January 2026
AGGUA Sauna & Lounge in Soltau is launching a fresh programme for January 2026 under the theme Detox – A Healthy Start to the New Year. The month kicks off with an Ice Age-themed sauna evening, offering guests a mix of hot-and-cold experiences and special treatments. The venue, recognised with the SaunaPremium certification by the German Sauna Association, will also welcome a renowned sauna expert for exclusive sessions later in the month.
The first highlight takes place on January 10, when AGGUA hosts its Ice Age event. Visitors can enjoy themed Aufguss rituals and complementary wellness treatments included with their sauna admission. The evening promises a contrast of extreme temperatures, blending heat with cooling elements.
Later in the month, from January 15 to 18, celebrated sauna master Mario Ammon will take over as guest Aufguss master. Known for his expertise, Ammon will lead special infusion sessions, adding a unique touch to the experience. His visit follows an earlier appearance during the week of January 12, where he will also perform as a guest infusion master. To complement the wellness focus, AGGUA’s dining menu for January features light, nourishing options. Guests can choose from vibrant salad bowls, Asian-inspired soups, and refreshing smoothies, all designed to support a detoxifying start to the year.
The Ice Age event on January 10 marks the beginning of AGGUA’s detox-themed month, complete with themed rituals and guest-led sessions. With Mario Ammon’s appearances and a health-focused menu, the lounge offers a mix of relaxation and rejuvenation. The SaunaPremium certification further ensures a high-quality experience for visitors throughout January.
